Taylor's LBV 2015 Late Bottled Vintage port, only some of the best grapes from the Douro Valley have been used, and the wine has been aged in large oak barrels.
Elegant port wine with a deep ruby red color and an intense and well-balanced aroma of black cherries and ripe fruits. It has a full-bodied and complex, but at the same time soft, round and juicy fruit taste with notes of blackcurrants, plums and blackberries, soft and well-integrated tannins and a long and pleasant aftertaste.
Taylor's LBV 2015 is good for chocolate desserts and mold cheeses such as Roquefort and Stilton. As an aperitif and everything with ice cream and cream products.
This 1 liter bottle should be served chilled and is ready to drink now.
The firm Taylor's – or Taylor, Fladgate & Yeatman, as it is quite correctly called – is over 300 years old. Taylor's remains a personally owned family business that is completely independent. Taylor's head office is located in Vila Nova de Gaia. The port wines are shipped here, which are exported to at least 54 countries worldwide - in addition, the port wines are of course also sold in Portugal. The grapes for Taylor's port wines are grown in the Douro Valley at Taylor's own three vineyards; Quinta de Vargellas, Quinta de Terra Feita and Quinta do Junco. Ports from Taylor's were, are and will continue to be some of the greatest ports!
